First Sunday of Advent
Making Room Series, Week 1: November 28 “Be a Neighbor” One of the first things we can learn from the story of Jesus’ birth (“because there was no place for them in the inn) is the importance of welcoming people into our homes and lives. We are all in need of community and Jesus emphasized the commandment of “Love your neighbor as yourself.” We can be making room by being a neighbor. Scriptures: Luke 1:57-66; Mark 12:28-33
