May 15 “Making Commitments” The Easter story is not a passing moment, but the joy of an abiding presence with us. Jesus left heaven to dwell for years with his family and disciples. The Holy Spirit then came to dwell with us. Our growth in faith is often slow, with many setbacks, but God abides with us. We are called to commit to accompanying spiritual friends on some stretch of the journey.
