December 24, Hidden Christmas Series Week 4: “The Shepherd’s Faith” The shepherds who received the Christmas message listened well, overcame their fears, and went out carrying the joyful news to others. Seeing their faith, we can learn about how we should be responding to the promises of Christmas. Responding as the shepherds did, we can discern the truth and meaning of Christmas. Scriptures: Romans 5:1-11; Luke 2:8-20.

Christmas Eve, Hidden Christmas Series: “The Doctrine of Christmas” In addition to passages in the Bible that give us accounts of Jesus’ birth, there are passages that help give explanation of what His birth means. These passages tell us that Christmas means salvation is by grace, Christmas is true, fellowship with God is possible, and we can have joy. From God’s word we can discern the truth and meaning of Christmas. Matthew 1:18-23; Luke 2:1-20; 1 John 1:1-4.
8p Service will be streamed.

December 31, Hidden Christmas Series: “The Meaning Behind It All” There are numerous symbols, traditions, and celebrations connected to Christmas. Many of these have their meaning rooted in Scripture and can be meaningful to us when we know what the meanings are. Knowing these meanings can help us to discern the truth and meaning of Christmas. Scriptures: Acts 17:16-21; 1 John 5:20 (Dec 31, Will not be streamed)
