There is much for your child to connect with at Trinity!
Nursery Care: The nursery is located near the Christian Center and is provided during all 3 Sunday services (map).
Toddler Classes: (ages 2-4) Our new center-based class for Two and Three Year Olds meets in the toddler room at 9:30. We will follow the theme of the Rotation and teach each lesson for the entire month to help our littlest learners truly understand the Bible story. Because this class will teach the same lesson for a month, the teacher will only have to prepare once and then just play and interact with the children as they move through different centers such as Dramatic Play, Art, Flannel Board etc. Debbie Wasserman and Rhonda Robinson each alternating teaching 2 Sundays a month. During 11:00 Due to lack of participation, we are no longer offering a class at 11:00 for children over 2 yrs. old. We do have activity bags available upon request for children to use during the service.
Children's Sunday School: (K - 6th grade) uses Workshop Rotation Style Sunday School lessons held at the 9:30 hour. During the 9:30 service, they will begin in the sanctuary and be dismissed to Sunday School after the Children's Moment.
9:30 Summer Adventure in Sunday School!This Summer!Parable Quest is 13-week adventure for children ages K– 6th grade. A new parable to help build a growing relationship with Jesus every Sunday* at the 9:30 hour. During the 9:30 service, they will begin in the sanctuary and be dismissed to Sunday School after the Children's Moment. During the 11:00 service we will only have childcare for 4 and under. *B.Y.C.2.C (Bring Your Child 2 Church) The 3rd Sunday each month!
June 20, July 18, August 15 we will not have Sunday School (child care only at 9:30). This is a great time for your children to spend time with you in ‘Big Church’ worshiping. Worksheets on the sermon topic will be provided.
Have You Signed Up To Help With Summer Sunday School?If you are interested in signing up as either a teacher or a guide please see the sign-up sheets on the bulletin board outside the education office. If you would like to know more about what goes on during Sunday school, this is a great time to find out.
Jr. & Sr. High: Jr. & Sr. High (7th - 12th grade) class is offered at 11:00 in the church parlor, taught by Dean Engelman. We would really love for all of our youth to give this great class a try. The group focuses on application of the Bible to everyday situations that we deal with at home or at school.
Children’s Choir:
F.I.S.H.I.E.S (preschool-3rd grade): Will be led by Kari King, Kelly King & Kathy Fuhrman and will rehearse every Sunday morning from 10:30-11:00 in the Children’s Chapel. Children interested in attending choir will be dismissed to choir from Sunday School. We will have a special surprise for our moms on Mother's Day!
J.A.M Choir (4-6th grade): Will be led by Juli Peterson and will rehearse every Sunday morning from 9-9:30. All children, ages 4-6th grade are welcome!!! The JAM choir will sing once every 4-6 weeks.
Vacation Bible School Held each year in July! Join us for SonQuest Rainforest - July 12-16, 2010, 9:00am-12:00pm. Kids entering K-5 in the fall of 2010. See the VBS page (here)
